Spitting Yarn

There’s not much in the way of knitting news to report. Apparently, the spring issue of Knitty goes live in the first week of April, which is exciting! Lots of new patterns and articles to check out [rubs hands with glee].

Knitting Hill met on Monday evening, as usual. There were only 4 of us, as many were otherwise engaged with Easter festivities. I took along my bootie-in-progress from Baby Knits for Beginners (and some chocolate covered almonds!) and finished it off when I got home. I now need to sew it up and do a compare and contrast with the completed bootie I knit using the Simple Mules pattern.

I’m lamenting my lack of FO, particularly as I know the new Knitty will be full of great stuff that I will want to knit immediately! Oh well, such is a knitter’s life…
