Sadly, I knit on to about halfway down the heel flap, tried the sock on and it didn’t fit. For the fourth time I have frogged – but, be proud, I have cast right back on. The lovely Regia yarn *will* become a pair of Jaywalker socks. Here is a memento of what it was (some inches) before I frogged…
In happier, and more successful knitting news, I knitted a wee rose for darling B to celebrate Valentine’s Day and also the opening night of his play.

Oh, no! Like I said, I made 2 pairs before I realized the error in my ways. Very pretty yarn, I can see why you want them to be jaywalker socks.
